"This is a horrible hotel. The WiFi doesn’t work even though they mentioned it would provide WiFi. The room and dining room were full of insects. The owner of the hotel is not a friendly person. When my boyfriend and I complained about the WiFi and the insects being everywhere, Maria Jose, the owner made a bunch of excuses. My boyfriend and I asked for a refund and Maria Jose overreacted and said that it was impossible to give a refund and she didn’t want to do it. My boyfriend and I got scammed....

"Great hotel in good location. If you like to be away from the busy town life and be in the thick of the out doors this is definitely the place to stay. Only draw back you have to keep catching a taxi which will cost you $5 each trip to get something to eat in the main town as there’s nothing near you. "The resort is beautiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We ate at the restaurant a couple of evenings and the food was delicious! The breakfast wasn't included in our rate (and was $30 each to add), but there are great restuarants very close to the resort. Would definitely return!"
