"Nice big room in a central location. Marco is very friendly too. There was some confusion about check-out time which needs to be updated online. My booking said check-out time was noon, so we went out in the morning and came back to find the room had been unlocked, our possessions moved and staff turning down the room for the next guests. Apparently check out was at 10:30am, but this was never communicated to us. Marco and staff were nice about it though. "

"Delighted to be given an apartment rather than room for the night. Very spacious and cool. Excellent location for walking to lake and good free parking a few minutes walk away. Every morning we enjoyed a lovely breakfast on the balcony with views of the lake. You have to walk roughly 4 to 5 minutes down to a carpark where you can catch a small train to Bellagio town centre. I would recommend this property to anyone. We found it wonderful. "

"We have really enjoyed our stay. Great staff and a lovely breakdast. The room had everyhing we needed. Just unfortante that we heard a bottle bank veing emptied at 6:15 on a Tuesday morning. We had a city view which is basically a wall. But given we didnt spend much time in the room (awake) it didn’t really matter. Location wise, in Como, there isn’t anywhere better."
