"Very friendly staff, including valet and concierge service. The food at the Exile Restaurant was excellent, especially the service. Had a small breakfast at the Java Room in the lobby. The bagel with salmon and cream cheese is a must."

"I didn’t appreciate the first front desk clerk. Young with dark hair. She talked way too fast, didn’t explain things well and was a little arrogant. The next day the front desk staff person was the total opposite REALLY friendly, genuinely nice and helpful ~ a mature woman with grey hair and was wearing purple."
