"Great stay in June and July with Greenwood Hotel. The booking process was easy through Hotels.com, but impossible if trying to book direct. The front desk staff was absolutely fantastic and helped us book a car rental when our initial reservation was cancelled by the company. The only downside is that we didn’t have great wifi from our room, so we had to get creative when it came to finding access in town, but this was a minor inconvenience compared to the awesome front desk staff service. "

"I took my parents to Kezmarok and needed a big room, so we booked the junior suite. It was rather spacious and had a lovely balcony overlooking the hotel courtyard and the Tatras. The hotel is atmospheric -a series of old homes/businesses that are now connected. This gives the hallways a bit of a byzantine effect, but I thought it added to the property's character. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is about as centrally located as it can be in Kezmarok. Able to easily walk to everything....

"The hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable rooms and a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and ready to assist. Its location was perfect for exploring Poprad and accessing the High Tatras. Breakfast was great, and I especially appreciated the sausages. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Poprad!"

"Nice hotel with great wellness area, exclusive suite was spacious room. Unfortunatelly the meals provided are below average and its taste varies hugely from day to day. In our case 2 out of 5 days the food was good, the other 3 days was merely edible. Also, the service in the restaurant is nothing but chaos, where everyone is doing everything. There is total lack of experience (e.g. Question: What white wine you have? Answer: Dry.) Drinks have to be ordered separatelly, not even water is...

"Séjour d'une nuit dans un hôtel vieillissant très mal insonorisé. A cause des restrictions du Covid les raisons d'y venir, salle de sport, spa et autres étaient non disponibles malheureusement, il vaut donc mieux appeler avant de réserver. Sans ces atouts le prix est obsolète par rapport aux prestations fournies. "

"It took entirely too long to check in. Clerk insisted on my passport even though I provided my residency card. Hall carpets need cleaning and it is too muggy in hallways, need better ventilation. Dinner and breakfast were great and wait staff was fantastic. We put out notice for breakfast room service at 20:30 but it was still hanging on door in morning. Don't offer this service if you aren't going to follow your own rules. Air conditioning was turned off and there was no ventilation in room....
