"The hotel was under construction, and as soon as we walked in it smelled of cigarettes. Unwelcoming guests all around the building and we were told by staff to not keep anything flashy in our car. Our room was on the second floor, but they had construction as well on the third floor. We were woken up in the morning to a jack hammer. Unfortunately it was the worse hotel I’ve ever been to, and my friends trusted me to pick the hotel."

"My stay was short, but everything was good. Friendly staff, clean facility. It was good for me."

"The property was dirty, someone vomited outside the doorway.I let the staff know three times, was told each time they would get it cleaned up. I stayed 2 days it was still there when I checked out. The chairs in the lobby [for guests to sit on] where ripped and had stains all over them. The breakfast room was dirty, wasn't stocked, was no coffee, bagels, no eggs and cereal was going on empty.The lady standing at the door to the breakfast room, stood there on her phone watching the time. As soon as it hit 10:00 she told everyone to get out she started packing everyones food up. There where people standing in line waiting to get something for breakfast.And she kicked them out, she was just so rude. "

"Buffet breakfast was just okay. The temperature control on the heating/cooling unit in the room didn’t work. The bathtub was unusually narrow. The elevator went up and down between floors when we were asking it to go down to the lobby. The front desk however, offered us an upgrade from double beds to queens, which was appreciated."

"Room was clean, special shoutout to Nicole at the front desk she was so helpful from beginning to End! Location of hotel was handy as it was central to all hubs around Edmonton and Jasper Ave and Whyte Ave are so close you’re not out of the mix completely."
