My family and I always stay at Mama Shelter Belgrade and are always satisfied with the hotel, the restaurant and the service. Everyone at the hotel is well trained and very friendly and helpful! The location is perfect, the breakfast buffet is excellent, and the rooms are always spacious and clean. Definitely recommend! Luka at the front desk is wonderful!

From checking in to checking out staff and the hotel was phenomenal. Breakfast buffet was really good, overall food was also amazing. Hotel is located right in the busiest street in Belgrade and yet no noise comes in from the outside at all. Special shout out to Aleksandar, Luka, Djole and rest of the main counter staff. All were very helpful and easy to talk to and had recommendations for places to see and visit.

The hotel was actually in the most perfect location on the main strip. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The whole vibe of the hotel and rooms were actually really cool especially for a place like belgrade. At night the rooftop turns into a cool lounge area with music and the whole experience was amazing. Rooms were super clean and had a really good style to it.

I liked that there was a lot of great seating areas for socializing or sitting on my computer to work. The staff was fantastic, especially Aleksandar from the front desk. Always so helpful with suggestions and anything we needed. Overall a great experience and will surely be back.

Klar, so könntest du es direkt einfügen: Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Mama Shelter Belgrad. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön gestaltet, modern und sauber. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Auch das gesamte Design des Hotels ist wirklich gelungen und hebt sich angenehm von klassischen Hotels ab. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

From check-in to check-out, everything was exceptional. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding hospitality.
