Good for single or couple with basic travel needs

The property is in a residential area within walking distance of many good restaurants, bars and local sites. The owner is very responsive to questions and was very willing to assist. It is very basic and some updates need to me made but it was a fair price for what it is.

This is not a luxury flat but it is a comfortable living space in a non tourist part of Belgrade within a 10-15 minute walk of the high priced pedestrian area that everyone seems so interested in. The flat is next to a great bakery and 2 blocks from a large open air farmers market making fresh food and baked goods every day an easy pleasure rather than eating in restaurants. Since they aren't bothered by tourist all the times the locals were all pleasant and friendly. The operators of the flat were very responsive. You'll enjoy yourself here.

It's an older building but the unit was great and the hostess was very responsive and helpful, something you really need when you don't speak the local language. Highly recommend.

ベオグラードの下町情緒を味わえる、素晴らしいロケーションでした。カフェ、スーパー、デリカテッセンなどは周りのブロックで間に合い、共和国広場、植物園、スカダルリヤ市場なども徒歩圏内です。キッチンとトイレ・シャワーはやや手狭ですが充分使えます。

Wery small bathroom,hardly posible to use toilet.Shower only(which is ok),And water drain was pluged,so while showering,your fet is in standing water .Also water will go thru shower wall And wall on floor.Shower door handle loosed,bolts missing on one side .Sink faucet loosed,need both hands to open water .Cleaning not available during stay.Trash can Wery small,i tryed to trow trash ,couldnot found trash container.This is not hotel,just one room in very old building.On other side,owner did pick us up at airport, (20euros) And drop us of at end of vacation (20euros).No receipt for any of this....

My stay here was great. The apartment is in a convenient location. Working with Nikola for airport rides was very easy and he responds very quickly to texts. Bed was comfortable and the place was clean. Couldnt ask for more.
