"This is our experience staying one night at the Holiday Suites in Blankenberge. Once you check into Holiday Suites they will call and ask if you need a towel. We decided to share a towel as they said it costs 8.50 Euro for one pack. We received another call later, asking for the payment of 2 packs. We asked for a reimbursement of one towel pack for their mistake. They apologized and told us they could only reimburse us through a voucher at their hotel. "Average apartment in a prime location. Advert said that towels would be provided but owner messaged on the day of check in that we would have to rent the towels. And also pay extra for late check out. Never experienced that before at any holiday apartment or hotel. Just a nice fun fact to know before booking this place. Otherwise it was ok. "

"The flat was nice and cozy, in a great location, but we had a few negatives: The toilet sink had a harsh smell from the sewer, maybe it had not been used for long but it was quite distinct. We didn't want to turn on the heat during our stay, but we really could have used another duvet, my mom was freezing on the couch, and the blanket was not doing much. It would have been nice with some towels, don't know if I missed it in the description, but I forgot to bring my own."
