"Je suis navrée de devoir mettre une note aussi basse mais j'ai vraiment été déçue du début à la fin de mon séjour... Tout d'abord, le logement devait avoir un restaurant, en réalité il n'en est rien, même s'il y a effectivement des restaurants juste à côté car on est dans le centre ville. "Absolutely shocking. Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property. Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!! Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful...

Le Presbytère de Sautour

8/10 Good

"The hotel itself was lovely, the pool was great. We had a family room and it wasn’t the best, the shower was faulty the main head didn’t work and it just leaked out of the pipe instead, we spoke to a member of staff and he told us to just use the hand held part, the room itself had missed cobwebs and the sketchiest stairs to get to main bed upstairs (very thin and steep) one of the back slaps of wood fell out when one of us walked down. It wasn’t horrible but it was disappointing."

"The resort is beautiful and the staff makes you feel welcome and the area is very picturesque. We had food in one of their Italian restaurants.... Limon which was terrible. Breakfast restaurant was amazing every morning since we were there for the Belgian GP. The walls inside are painted black in the hallways and room entrance which gives you a nightclub vibe..... Not sure if that's appropriate for a resort. I would give this place 4.5 stars."

"This was a last minute booking due to an imminent need to return to UK ( motorcycle trip ) and having done 400km with another 300 to do. Staff v friendly, this is a hotel which supports water sports groups ( mostly young kayakers ), but Dinant is a lovely location. The bar restaurant is another building the other side of the car park, which was open for drinks but kitchen was closed. However around the corner on the waterfront was a fabulous bar/ restaurant with loads of character. The hotel overall was what we wanted, a bed for the night. I was not put off by young people enjoying the water, it was nice to see."
