The property was clean; however, we received the wrong room number and walked into someone else’s sleeping quarters. The walls are very thin, so we heard whenever someone was coming or going. The community around the property is on the lower socioeconomic scale.

Property was very clean and tidy. My wife was attending City hospital for chemotherapy and instead of travelling for 2 hrs home 2hrs back up this morning it was great to relax. 5 stars

4 days stay in belfast

The room was confortable with everything needed. I expecially appreciated the fully equipped coffe/tea corner. Excellent position, close to the universy quarters with lots of pubs/restaurants/cafes/parks and a short walk to the city centre. The only suggestions I can give is to have a more confortable mattress and to oil the bathroom door that screeches noisily.

The hotel was nothing like its picture. I heard the couple in the next room talking like they were right next to me. Internet and tv did not work. No staff to ask questions. Cup supplied for water in room was dirty. Desk was broken with splintered wood showing. No where to charge phone. Window shade broken. Broken piece of flooring. Heater did not work. Bed was uncomfortable. Left in the morning and went to the hotel across the street and procured a decent room. I really think I should get my money back.

Basic adequate stay

Stayed in room 9 was fine on top floor ,stairs to vlimb room was adequate. Plug socket in wrong place,no sockets by bed. Shower was ok very slippery so be careful. Bed was comfortable Ensure you read you entry email clearly.

The bed mattress was worn out as I did not slept well cos of feeling the springs and making noises every time I turn over and duvet was too hot as when it summer should be light cool duvet and winter would be perfect for that

Would stay again.

I needed to stay 1 night in Belfast, it was a great place to stay for my needs. I was a bit stressed with my door keypad because it showed a lower power symbol and I was worried I'd be locked out. I quite enjoyed my stay, bed was decent, my favorite thing was the shower was small but so relaxing. I was only in the room for about 12 hours, most of them sleeping. I slept well so no complaints there. However there was a few stains on things like the towels, but nothing that made me not wanna use them. Maybe weird for a review but give me my desk and my pc, and I could live there, like it had all the essentials of a bedroom environment. It was like staying at home without my personal belongings. Will stay again if I ever need a place to stay in Belfast.

Chambre plutôt correcte, cependant plusieurs choses à signaler concernant la propreté. Il y avait des odeurs des egouts venant de la duche/toilette. Le matelas était un peu bancal, le linge du lit pas propre avec des cheveux. Dans le toilettes il n'avait pas de savon pour se laver le mains et le contenant était oxydé. Sinon l'espace cuisine pourrrait être p Mieux aménagé pour etre plus agréable et utilisable. La télévision de la chambre ne marchait pas. Le Wi-Fi était OK
