To be clear, we did not stay at Haven Apartments Eglantine Avenue. Rather we were relocated by the property manager because Haven Apartments became unavailable. We stayed at Cityscape Penthouse, Belfast which was an upgrade by the manager, Damien, to accommodate our reserved stay at Haven. We are so grateful to Damien for taking care of us. The Penthouse was wonderful, spacious, amazing views. We were spoiled. Damien stocked the refrigerator with some essentials (eggs, milk, bread, cookies) and was helpful and friendly meeting us at the property for check-in, giving us recommendations of restaurants, and pleasant conversation. Because of Damien and the property he moved us to, our stay in Belfast was outstanding.

C'est un bel appartement, qui vous permet de tout faire à pied. Il y a des supermarchés pas très loin. Dans l'appartement vous avez tout ce qu'il faut pour vous faire à manger. Le propriétaire qui est très sympathique, avait même mis du lait, du beurre, des œufs, du café, du thé à disposition.

Nice apartment in Belfast

I was on a work trip to Belfast but my family came with me so they were tourists. The apartment is in the university area so is quiet, safe and has numerous restaurants and shops. The apartment is neat, tidy and has all the amenities one would want. Easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommended.

Christmas Break

My family' and I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was warm clean and very modern and the staff had left bread butter milk and tea coffee etc. I was very appreciative of the late check out enabling us to have a family meal for my Fathers birthday. Cannot recommend this place any higher!
