Please train your staff in customer service. Also, she refused to accept my U.S. passport, and I had to pay taxes for my stay, even though I told them my entry date to Peru.     "Muy rico exceptional breakfast, with hot meats, eggs, crepes; fresh fruits, juices, and yogurts; pastries! Great location and could walk everywhere. Right next door to the beautiful Cathedral. We had the junior suite, which was very nice with patio overlooking Plaza de Armas. I would definitely stay there again, but would ask for a room overlooking pool/ center of building, away from plaza. There was alot of street noise including sirens and loud vehicles most of night ( even with windows closed) and also noise from the hotel bar immediately below the room. "
