We have stayed here several times. There is a nice big park across the street and the location for getting around is good. But this location is bad because there are a few restaurants, drugstores, etc. I always forget you must bring a three-way plug because the only available outlet is in the bathroom and if you want to charge several phones, it’s a problem. Also, you have to unplug the television if you want to plug in the refrigerator so the electrical outlet situation is horrible. Also, the free Internet here does not function very well.

Check in demorou muito, so tinha uma atendente e varios hospedes na fila, solicitei quarto de frente pra rua e me colocaram em um no predio anexo com uma janela de frente apenas pra uma area de ventilação, pra piorar faltou agua e ficamos sem tomar banho o dia todo, nao tiveram nem a decencia de comunicar isso, so soube quando desco pra ter uma satisfacao. Por fim, no check out atendente perdida com muitos hospedes fazendo check in e check out, o hotel so quer lucrar e nao coloca funcionarios suficientes, nem presta um servico de qualidade

O hotel embora seja bem localizado e os quartos espaçosos, precisa de adaptações, sobretudo no que diz respeito a climatização. Os ar-condicionados são antigos, gelam pouco e barulhentos, dificultando o descanso. Não há lençol para cobrir, somente uma coberta, que não é adequada para o clima do quarto. A falta de secador de cabelo também é uma dificuldade pra quem está a trabalho. No geral, o hotel é regular e as atendentes atenciosas.
