"Nachdem wir 5 Nächte bei 2 anderen Hotels( 5 und 4 Sterne) übernachtet haben, haben wir zum Glück dieses Hotel gefunden. Daa hat uns sehr gefallen und unseren Urlaub schöner gemacht!! Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer sympathisch. Das Hotel ist wirklich am Strand, mit Kindern ist dies ein wichtiger Punkt! Yoga jeden Morgen.. Herrlich!!! "The property is fun and full of activities for adults and children. Management is willing to listen to your concerns and support you if you have any issues, specially Ibrahim from guest relations. The SPA is also worth visiting, they are cool and professional, and George will be happy to help. The food options are very good and there is a lot of varieties. "I would stay here again, we stayed for my sons birthday, messaged hotel befpre hand and were told on arrival all would be fine, we arrived, reception were rude, especially manageress, she wasnt helpful, the hotel is dated, and the family room we booked and paid for had room just for bed, no room to actually walk to the other side of the room.
