This hotel is hugely overpriced. I had to call someone twice to get hot water. They refused to provide Black tea bags despite multiple requests. The food at its bar and restaurant tasted bad. They did not accept International credit card

A Bad Experience
The hotel did not have backup generator in case the power fails. My Uncle and aunt are senior citizens yet they were given 3rd floor room. Though I had booked breakfast for them the hotel staff tried to charge them extra for it! It is a vegetarian hotel but no where has this been mentioned
