"Plenty of breakfast items. Many seats available.Next to shopping. Walkable to near by movie theater. I did have to change the channel in lobby the TV. On that morning 🌅 TV was set on a movie,not a good choice. Bad movie. Staff should choose food channel. Better ambiance for the start of your day when traveling."

"This property seems slightly abandoned and not at all to the level of a Sheraton, while the staff present did a great job, it was seriously understaffed. Also their computer system does not integrate with hotels.com reservations so we had issues at check in. Food in the restaurant was very good though and they had a great wine selection m. The atmosphere is definitely lacking though. For 200 bucks though , overall it was with it. Just weird. If you stay you will understand."

"This is a beautiful property but I do not recommend booking through Expedia or any third party websites. Customers who book directly from their website get first dibs on booking. The check in process took almost two hours because they overbooked and the only room they had available was a king bed for four adults. They tried calling nearby hotels but according to the Meritage staff the hotels were booked. However, when I called the other properties there had rooms available. That’s when Meritage miraculously had a two queen available. Also shuttle services to downtown Napa is advertised but the driver is not always there so you will have to take an uber. We asked for water and the staff said there is water in the room, when we didn’t even have a room. This was highly disappointing, we came to celebrate my sister’s birthday but spent the afternoon in the lobby. I would’ve understood if the hotel communicated that they overbooked even an hour before we arrived to Napa but even there were no such texts/emails."

"My stay was nice and quiet I heard more nature then I did any thing else, the restaurants no complaints the beautiful view of the mountains crazy and the water Soo close ❤️ this was a really nice stay at a hotel in a long time very lovely and I definitely see myself coming back."

"It is a great pleasure to stay within the unique upscale and stylish environment of this hotel. It is the best breakfast in town. Hilton is doing a great job of maintaining the high traditions of Embassy Suites. Will definitely be back."
