The pictures didn't show up the real condition in the hotel. But compared to the offered prices is OK. At check out I have asked the woman there, I think Nadia or Diana, for 30 minutes late check out and for invoice she refused both requests and spoke in a rude manner.

サラマエリアの中心にあり、店も多く良い

スタッフも対応が良く、部屋も清潔で広い。朝食もビュフェ形式で良い。エレベーターが狭い。空港からも近くサラマエリアの非常にわかりやすい場所にあり、店も多くてローケーションがいい。

Helt ok hotel for en natt eller to

Rommet var lite og trengte sårt en oppgradering av både vegg til vegg teppe, sengetøy og vindu. Trekk fra vindu, slitent bad og slapp rengjøring. For en natt eller to er dette hotellet helt greit. Jeg hadde betalt for en uke, men valgte å miste noen kroner og bytte hotell. Internett falt ut ofte, og for hver gang det falt ut måtte en få kodelapp med ny innlogging. Servicen var god av resepsjonistene som var veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige. Helt greit hotel, men kommer ikke til å booke her igjen, på bakgrunn av standard og renhold.

Greedy hotel

It was really bad, the hotel is a cheap hotel and the people who works their are untrained and very racist. I booked a room for two nights, and I had to leave after one night and they refused to return the second night. Although they can, but they are just greedy and ignorant. I will never go to this hotel again

TAKE MY ADVICE AND DO NOT BOOK AT THIS HOTEL, THEY ARE SCAMMERS, BEWARE!!! This was the worst hotel I stayed at. Some of my laundry was stolen, the hotel said they can't replace it or do anything about it. The housekeeping people are not clean, they clean the toilet, bathroom sink and shower with the same sponge, the hotel manager told me it's normal but how can this be normal! Even if disinfecting chemicals are used you shouldn't use the same sponge you used for the toilet on other things, it remains dirty.

Definitely Recommend

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights back in April. The staff - particularly the owner of the hotel - could not have been more helpful. They really went out of their way to assist me. The neighbourhood is great also - lots of shopping and great restaurants nearby. I would stay again

Great affordable renovated hotel downtown Beirut

First time in this hotel. Selected it for cost and location. Was pleasantly surprised to find a newly renovated family owned hotel trying to please customers.

Hôtel très bien situé, propre

Nous étions 3 amies dans la même chambre, pas très grande, mais ça suffit largement pour une semaine. Personnel sympathique qui nous a notamment aidé pour la réservation de taxi, nécessaire pour visiter un peu le pays. Très confortable, bon petit déjeuner et très propre. La location était également parfaite, au coeur d'un quartier très animé de Beyrouth et on peut trouver tous types de commerces à proximité, très pratique. Cependant, le site Voyages sncf nous a facturé une nuit en plus, non remboursable, il faudrait changer et améliorer la clarté du système de recherche pour éviter ce type de mésaventure à d'autres clients...
