Despite the difficulties of the countries and poor infrastructure, they do their best to accommodate you with 24/7 light, good WIFI, and attentive staff. Very important also, most hotels offering the same rate will not guarantee peace & quiet, as most tourists to Beirut lack the courtesy towards other guests with insurmountable noise from dusk until dawn, but not this hotel

You can hear the rooms next to you. The heat and ac break often. WiFi isn’t good.
I wouldn’t stay here again
Great location, the Suites are spacious and confortable, the staff will do anything you ask to make you happy and comfortable with your stay. However, I could smell cigarette smoke coming out of a bedroom on the 8th floor and also in the hallway. It is unfortunate that a strict No Smoking policy is not enforced inside the building. Hence, deducted one star from the review.
The rooms have folders and they stink and hallway.
You hear the noise of the street.
The bathroom is super narrow and not very hygienic,
you can see the rust on the pipes and so on.
Someone opened the door while I was sleeping.

Unpleasant Stay
Very nice location, seems newly renovated with friendly staff at the reception.
The toilet wasn’t clean, it had some brownish stains on the sides, towels are pretty much worn out with a lot colorful and noticeable spots all around.
Windows weren’t closing properly and the room heater wasn’t working as far as I noticed, plus there was no hot water for around 12 hours during my stay.
However to put things into perspective, the country is going through a major crisis and keeping things functional is becoming very complicated so maybe visitors should lower the expectations.
Bien: équipe sympathique et disponible
Difficile: le gaspillage d'électricité est alarmant, 2 frigos vides en fonctionnement permanent dans la chambre, la climatisation toujours branchée et inutile, amis libanais, il vous faut bouger!
