"Super cute & clean location, with a bar and ice cream spot within walking distance. In the heart- downtown- of Beijing. Lots of shops/ restaurants nearby. Staff is superb! Not only did they order DD Aka Ubers for us, but they even walked us to meet our DD drivers, helped us get around on the subway and when we couldn't communicate, would happily get their Chinese to English translator out. They even checked in with us via WhatsAPP to make sure my girls and I made it to our DD after a wild night...

The service was impeccable really, we didn’t try the dining or options or activities because there is plenty to do in Beijing. There was some annoying xiaomi air purifier thing that’s literally my only critique, in that I had to stop it making random noises and lights during the night. "Wonderful helpful staff. They would write everything in Chinese for me before I went out for easier navigating. Good location, restaurant next door never made me sick and the free coffee in the lobby was great. They were always able to call me a can. Loved the staff!!"

They allow early check-in if rooms are available—I arrived at 10 AM and was able to check in, even though the official check-in time is 2 PM.
They accept takeout and package deliveries, which is super convenient. I ordered over 10 packages during my stay. If you’re not in the room, the front desk will hold them for you 24/7—you can even pick them up at midnight. They’ll also deliver packages directly to your room without asking for tips.
The hotel has a large parking lot, and the fee is very affordable.
Free fruit, snacks, and attentive service make the stay even better.
The hotel is a bit dated, but everything else exceeded my expectations!"
