北京市内の観光拠点に近いホテル

立地と値段（４００元超え）で選択しましたが中国系のホテルなので外国人向け対応など不慣れと感じました。眺望ありとのふれこみで予約したのですが部屋の角度のせいかあまり良いとは思えません。

Central hotel in Beijing.

This was a one night stay in the centre of Beijing. The hotel is close to the forbidden city. I would pay a bit more next time and stay in the shopping district which is also very close to the attractions and more lively.

Four walls, a roof and a locked door

The hotel might have been a 3 star rating 20 years ago. Since then the only refurbishment has been to replace the television. The whole interior needs to the stripped out and renovated. The shining light was the laundry which removed a bad stain from a shirt.

In Beijing last week

The staff is professional and do make the efforts to be hospitable and accomadating. Be patient and smile and the same will be returned. Beware of the money exchange rate. When the various drivers say '3' be sure it is not '300'. It may be $.50 or $5.00. Get the hotel to call you a cab. Men: beware of women who ask "where you from". These little darlings, work at getting a lot of your money. Get it, it is a scam. Overall great visit. Schedule time to rest, the excursions can be exhausting.

Good location, close to forbidden city

Reception stuffed our booking and put us in a twin room, we booked a double room for a 6 night stay. At first we thought we'd just roll with the punches but upon closer inspection, the beds were dirty (still had hair from the previous guests in them), the bathroom was filthy. Asked to change room, hotel put us up in a different wing, in a cleaner-ish room but closer to the street. On Saturday and Sunday morning, it gets very noisy from the tour groups and tour buses on the street. The tour desk at the hotel were a joke. We booked an acrobatic show and rented a private car to go to the Great Wall. The driver didn't speak English (we assured he would) and literally begged for tips. The acrobatic show was a one-way drive, we wouldn't have minded if only we were told about it when booking. We had to arrange our own taxi for the return leg. Taxis seem to be very picky with fares in Beijing. For the Great wall day trip, again, we weren't told that we would have to fork out extra for the tolls (both ways). That's after deciphering what the driver was trying to say. Not his fault this time, but the tour operator somehow "forgot" to tell us these 'minor' details, even after we asked for confirmation that everything would be taken care of.

Horrible Hotel

Mold Mold Mold This hotell is (at least for a westerner) horrible. Mould in the rooms. Mold in the shower. Horrible breakfast. No restaurants Close to the hotel. Choose Another one

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. As we hadn't paid much we were a bit concerned however the room was clean and the staff made up the room everyday. The staff were friendly, even with the language barrier we managed to work things out. Lots of smiling, signing and nodding. The hotel is a little shabby around the edges and could use an upgrade but don't let this put you off booking.

北京中心部にありローカルな雰囲気を満喫できる。ホテルの状態は悪い。宿泊したスイートがある別棟にはエレベーターがなく、三階まで階段を使うことに。高い料金であるスイートはそれなりの設備を設定すべき。次回は使わない。

Past it's prime

Hotel is well past it's prime. Dark hallways, peeling wallpaper, unfriendly staff. Despite showing my Hotels.com reservation confirmation it took five staff and twenty minutes to find my information. Close to the Forbidden City and only worth the money if you pay less than half of the insanely high regular room rates.

紫禁城付近の安い宿

レッドウォールホテルは部屋は快適で、廊下等の装飾はきれいだった。フロントの従業員は英語で対応がスムーズに行えており、接客は申し分なかった。しかし一方で、従業員からは給料の支払いが大変遅れており、契約を守っていいないとの指摘も聞かれた。お客さんへの対応が良くても従業員の待遇が良くないのでは、おすすめはできない。

Great location near the Forbidden City

Great location, within walking distance of the Forbidden City. The lobby/check-in area was nice. Room was small and lighting was quite dim. Breakfast was buffet style with good Chinese and Western selections. Concierge was very helpful, helped us arranged a private car and driver for a day trip to the Great Wall at Mutianyu and the Summer Palace at a very reasonable price. If you will be out sight-seeing most of the day, this is definitely a practical and economical lodging option.

カスタマーに確認したのにバスタブ付きではなかった！

今回利用するにあたり、バスタブ付き＋ロケーションをかんがみこのホテルに決めた。また出かける前に北京と山東済南のホテルについてカスタマーにバスタブ付きか否かを確認して決定した。が、結果は、ついてフロントに確認すると、Hotels.comからの予約ではシャワーのみだとのこと！幸いその日はバスタブ付きの部屋が空いていて追加料金50 元/日だとのことで、追加料金を払ってバスタブ付きの部屋に泊まれた。Hotelは旧い作りではあったが、景山公園沿いで静かだし、地下鉄駅からは遠いが王府井にも徒歩で行かれる距離なので、まあまあ快適に過ごせた。が、確認したのになぜなのだろうかとの疑問はずうっと残る。今後はきちんとした対応が望まれる。

Too expensive for what you get. The room and bathroom are not very clean. The staff is friendly. Breakfast buffet is only Chinese food, would prefer some western elements e.g. yoghurt. Location okay, walking distance to subway, the hutongs and forbidden city.

Bad location, nice rooms.

Their rooms are very nice. We chose it because it's location. Apparently it's good, but then you realize it's not a good one at all! From the hotel to Tian'AnMen we needed like an hour!

휴기입니다.

친구와 3박 4일로 묵었던 호텔입니다. 저희는 스텐다드 룸을 신청했어요 싱글 침대 두개구요. 창문이 없는지 모르고 신청했는데 창문은 있으나 창문바로 앞에 벽이..;; 그래서 좀 답답하긴 했으나 베이징 날씨도 좋지 않아서 문열일이 없어 그렇게 신경쓰이진 않더군요. 그러나 흡연하지 않는 방을 원했는데.. 전에는 흡연 방이 였던건지.. 담배 쩐내가 좀 나더군요....ㅡ_ㅡ 그리고 아무래도 좀 오래된 호텔이라 에어컨에서 소리가나고 그랬습니다.;; 호텔 위치는 둥쓰역에 내려서 E번 출구에서 내리면 1분 앞에 버스정류장이 있고 101번이나 109번 이용하여 3~4정거장 내리면 바로 입니다. 호텔 앞에 103 버스가 있어 왕푸징 역이나 경산공원으로 바로 갈수 있어서 아주 편했습니다. 호텔직원들은 영어를 사용하실수 있습니다. 그게 얼마나 다행이었는지 몰라요.. 주변지역을 왜 4점을 줬냐면... 깨끗한 식당은 없어요 커피숍은 홍콩인이 개점한 곳이 한군대 있더군요 깨끗하고 일반 한국의 커피숍 같았어요...^^ 현지식을 드시고 싶으신 분들이라면 식당 바로 옆에 가게가 있어요 저희는 거기서 두부장인가요? (두유같은거) 그거랑 만두국 비슷한걸로 먹었었네요 안쪽으로 들어가면 작은 시장이 있는데 빵이랑 ㅇ과일이랑 만두가 팔아서 저녁야식으로 사들고 와서 먹기도 했답니다. 참고가 많이 되었으면 좋겠어요. 또가고 싶네요~

Good location but crap service and facilities

I booked the economy King sized room to find that not only was it the size of a postage stamp but the bed was not much bigger than a single bed. the entire room stank of smoke and when I complained about it was told there were no other rooms available, despite the hotel appearing to be less than 20% full. Certainly there were not many people wandering around the hotel corridors or lobby at an time and the reception didn't appear very busy. The guaranteed high speed internet didn't work and we were connected a slow speed router for wifi, the IT guy was great getting it fixed up and operating in s very short period of time but then apologising for the slowness of it. Final complaint about the size of the bed: when I asked the cleaner if they had any smaller beds she replied this was the smallest and when I asked the reception why I didn't get a King sized bed they replied this is our hotel's king sized bed. Even the large rooms I saw when looking around were quite small, this is an overnight stay hotel, not a few days. Obviously what they write in their advertising and what they present to their clients are not the same.

Client depuis 7 ans de cet hotel, oh surprise ! Le bar du lobby a disparu, ainsi que le resto type occidental. Le resto chinois, lui aussi, a changé et semble plus être une cantine pour les visiteurs chinois de la cité interdite proche.

자유여행객에게는 아주 적합한 호텔

외관과는 다르게 객실내가 조용하고 청결한편이고요 다만 풍광이 그리 좋지 않고 내부조명이 좀 어두운편이 약간 흠이지만 호텔에서만 하루종일 지낼건 아니니까 어느정도는 괜찮을것 같습니다. 위치는 어느정도 다리품만 판다면 중산공원,경산공원,천안문,왕푸징거리 등은 걸어서 갈 수 있을 정도의 거리(걸어서 30~1시간 내)로 주변위치는 환상적임~

Bon rapport qualité prix

Mon troisième séjour dans cet hôtel, en progression constante, de nettes améliorations. Le personnel est hyper sympa, les chambres tout à fait convenables. Emplacement pas vraiment idéal sauf pour bon marcheur, car le premier métro est à 800 mètres. Prévoir un mini routeur car le Wi Fi n'est pas accessible dans toutes les chambres sauf en connectant un mini routeur sur la prise murale. Je recommande volontiers.

Last time, never again

Stayed here many times before, however hotel has spent little money on upkeep/maintenance. Very disappointing to see wall paper peeling off the walls and rooms smelling of fresh paint (touch ups less than 24 hours prior to having guests staying in them). Many good hotel in this area, let alone Beijing, so spend your money on a better hotel.
