"One of the front desk lady staff she’s inattentive she promise to get back with us she never did. We arrived at 8:30am in the hotel lobby after 13.5 hrs flight we asked for early check in we’re willing to pay the difference she told us no available room and come back at 11am. At 11am she told us still no available room and told us to wait in the lobby she’ll let us know, around 12:30pm looking for her she’s gone for the day. The gentleman he’s so nice accommodate us immediately and resolved the issues."

"The hotel was in a convenient location. I have no complaints. I would only recommend a second room if you have more than two people in the room. The front desk and housekeeping staff were helpful and great. The hotel manager was professional and tried to assist at all times. Thank you"

"Best airport hotel ever. Really 5 star rooms. Total silent. Room door feels like a bank vault. Like triple pane thick windows so no airport noise. Shuttle like clockwork. It leaves both the hotel and the airport at specific scheduled times 24/7 so it's not waiting at the airport for kinda maybe every 20 minutes. You should check on the website but it's From Terminal 3: Level one door 5, walk out and go ~50 feet across the first street and the Hilton bus will be parked and waiting every 20 minutes on the 00, 20, and 40 minute mark. From the Hotel it's on the 10, 30, and 50 minute marks From Terminal 2: every 30 minutes on the 00 and 30 from the airport (I think but you better check) Bad communication because I couldn't find the explanation of the shuttle until I actually got to the hotel. Just "every 20 minutes" is incredibly vague. Both the aircon and wifi were not perfect but for me the absolute silence and peace of the place made it perfect for sleep. Maybe it was low season but the price was extraordinarily low IMO"

"Great location, staff were kind to allow us to have late checkout until 2pm with no extra charge. Breakfast was very large and good variety, able to accommodate allergies too. The rooms were spacious enough and very clean."
