To the management team, Please add more cleaners to each floor for cleaning up the room. There is only one staff does the cleaning every day, which delay the finish time, that makes guest unable to be back in the room for a rest until more than 2pm, which is very rediculors. Other than that, everything was fine.

隣の部屋から物音や匂いがする

部屋には緊急時に使うであろう隣の部屋とのドアが付いているが、そこから隣のタバコの匂いが漂ってきたり、夜中に激しい声が聞こえたり、不快で眠れなかった。残念です。
