At most a two star hotel

This hotel was recommended in our guide book and the five-star rating was what convinced us to stay our last four nights in Beijing and this place. But to us it's a total mystery how this hotel can be rated with five stars. It was really small, timeworn and regarding cleanliness it left a lot more to wish for. The wifi only worked from occasionally and when we asked the staff if they could arrange for a transfer to the airport they just said no, in spite fo the fact that this was something listed among this hotel features.
