Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Only complaint is the hotel is in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing within walking distance- not a store, restaurant or anything else. Probably in a year or so it will be more of a thriving community. It is close to the airport so for a quick stop over it is close to the airport
My son and me stayed here in July 2015. The hotel was very clean and comfortable,
The staff were very welcoming and spoke enough English to get by without any issues.
I would stay here again.
I only have 1 small niggles. The hotel was about a 20 minute drive from the airport. Good because you do not hear the aircraft but a bit of a hike if you want to catch a bus to Beijing center.
All in all a pretty good hotel and good value for money.
This was our first time in China. The hotel, attempts to be more international, so it makes adjusting to China easier. Usually there was someone that spoke English, and there was a variety of foods. We went to see the Great Wall, since the hotel is pretty far from town. This worked out well. If you want to see the Forbidden City, this hotel is too far out, or plan for a long taxi ride.
Overall it was a good experience.

Not bad
공항과 가깝고, 깨끗합니다.
스파는 여름에는 운영하지 않음.
인터넷이 조금 불안정했지만 전체적으로 깨끗하고 만족스러움.
I stayed here for an overnight layover in Beijing. It is in the airport zone, but not like on the airport as many other cities around the world have hotels within walking distance. Taxi ride cost $5USD and the taxi driver needed the address in Chinese language so remember that too.
The hotel staff was a little confused about my reservation made through hotels.com, but quickly printed me off a key and I was off to my room. Once in the room it was awesome. Very hard to find a hotel room in China with 2 rooms a full size CLEAN bathroom with a great shower. The bed was an actual King sized bed and it was OK. A little on the cheap side feeling bed but still good. Check out in the morning was a little crazy but they got it figured out. The shuttle to the airport was good too. Make sure to know your terminal
Hübsches hotel, jedoch weit entfernt von der Stadt
Sehr gutes hotel mit gutem Service und sauberen zimmern. An sich gibt es nichts auszusetzen, jedoch sollte die Entfernung zur City nicht unterschätzt werden!!
good for quick overnight. excellent airport shuttl
We stayed one night. Airport shuttle service was very good. Room fine, but smelled of cigarette smoke despite being non smoking.

Hotel Location
Overall, it's OK for a one night stay. The hotel is relatively unknown to taxi drivers. After calling the hotel, the driving directions seem clear. To get to the hotel, one needs to tell the taxi driver to follow Jing-Cheng highway and take the exit to Hou-Sha-Yu. Then take the ramp and turn right. Count the immediate 2 traffic lights as one, then turn right at the 3rd traffic light. Keep driving for about 0.5 mile and the hotel is on the right. One could easily miss the turn especially at night. If you reach the Roman roundabout, you miss your turn. The facility in the room is fine. I found the laundry bag was covered with dust. The air conditioning was not so effective. The hotel offers free ride to the airport. Confirmation is required in 2 hours in advance. One needs to know the terminal (i.e. T2 or T3) since the hotel staff seems not helpful on this. It's a less than 30 minutes ride to the airport.
Over all, it was a good experience. I really was only there for about ten hours due to a connecting flight. However the place was clean and staff was helpful. I'd recommend it to anyone who had a long layover like myself.
It has a very nice and comfort room with a beautiful view. Also it has a free shuttle service (tell 2 hours in advance at the reception), and the price is very affortable.
Very clean, lovely staff they did not speak much English but we were able to make them understand us. Generally very good service and very good facilities for conferences.
Det er et ganske udmærket business hotel, som ligger ca 30 minutters kørsel fra selve Beijing og der er ingenting i nærheden af hotellet.
Personalets engelsk mangler dog en del for at de kan sige at de taler engelsk da de må bruge translator.
All was good other than it took 25 minutes to check in and 30 minutes to check out. I guess they dont have many people book online because they could not figure out prepaid room codes or anything.. Other than that it is a great hotel. Very comfortable nice rooms.

Disliked: Staff & service
no free airport shuttle
Well, they say that they provide free shuttle to the airport. When requested one, they told me all shuttles are busy taking clients to some exhibition. When I requested a taxi, I had to wait for it for 40 minutes, until I lost my patient, got out and just a taxi myself for 100 RMB.
The lobby service is good. However, when I use masage service, their servants attitute is friendly but not quite professional. The manager asked me (I am customer) the customer is female or male because he "though" I am the masager when I checked out. It is OK for me but other customers may think it is a little bit irrespected. Secondly, I suggest to put a basket to put towels in Sana area. We did need many towels when using hot spring service but when the towel is wet, I did not find good place to put. It is not convenient. I find there are many Korean customers in this hotel but the servants in Sana area did not know English well. I think it is better to train the servant English. Finally, when I took shower in my room, I find the plunge is not so good and the water accumulate a lot in my shower area. Generally, it is a good hotel but I hope the servant can be more familiar with their service.
