Sie sprechen kein Englisch, Deutsch, Französisch
Es war sehr schwierig mit dem Personal zu sprechen. Wir mussten alles mit dem Mobile Übersetzer machen, und das ging nicht optimal.
Das Zimmer war in Ordnung.
Gratis Flughafen Schuttle. Das war gut.
Mein E-mail vor der Ankunft wurde nie beantwortet, also konnten wir nicht am Flughafen abgeholt werden. Vom Hotel zum Flughafen hat's geklappt.

洒店註明有專車接送機場，當預約時洒店回覆沒有車！水壓不夠，水温不夠熱。前台兩位職員，一位職員回覆什麼問題都是，沒有！一位態度殷勤，還會主動幫助客戶。
