"I'm coming from another country with bags then I discover that there is only stairs to take the bags and I have to take it by myself which is very hard for me. "A nice clean room. Unfortunately I had an accessible room in which the bathroom floor flooded every time I had a shower. Slightly disappointed as had messaged three times to request a quiet room, I was put adjacent to the stairwell next to the lift and the hotel did not reply to any of my three attempts to contact them, apparently they were busy... Slightly took away from the importance of my custom. Otherwise all was good. Clean, comfy, cool and breakfast was good."
