"Excellent location just on the edge of old town. Easy walkability to everywhere, 10 minutes from train station. Apartment is clean, beautiful, and so many windows were helpful to keep it cool in hot weather. Would stay here again! "

"The service at front desk was very good, friendly and helpful, as well as at the breakfast. Sadly my room was not very clean when we arrived and the walls need some maintenance. I was very near the University so it was very good for us the location. Overall was ok, but I was looking for a 4 star hotel and in my opinion this isn't a 4 star as it says here, it is a 3 star hotel."

"The hotel was perfect it was a last minute booking as I got too tired travelling back to Basel after every match. All the staff were friendly and there was everything I needed. Breakfast was great and the there was a bus stop right outside the hotel which made getting straight back from the match so easy. Had a great night's sleep it was very quiet and would come back again"

Kein Douche-Vorhang. Wasser in kleiner Küche unbrauchbar, gelbliche Brühe. 2. Schlafzimmer ist nur eine kleine Dachmansarde mit extremst steiler Minizugangstreppe ohne Geländer …"

"Beautifully modern apartment (suite style dorm really) converted older building in the old section of St. Gallen. VERY STEEP hill to climb to reach building, and note that cars are not allowed in this area, so you need to lug your luggage up and down. I would have appreciated directions to the parking garage instead of the address of the building because my GPS tried to tell me I could drive my car up this hill (There's no way, and then you need to enter a restricted zone to turn around, so I am awaiting a ticket by mail) Outside of that, this is a fully self service building, no reception, no check in, etc. You are given a code to open a lockbox that has your key. Rooms were beautiful and clean and spacious, with a shared living area, kitchen and bathroom for the 4 separate bedrooms on the floor. It worked well for us, we were traveling with another couple and no one else was occupying the other two rooms."
"A modern hotel cloaked in an aged skin. Sometimes wish they wouldn't but there is nothing to complain of. Everything was clean and convenient...Lovely location."
"Very nice , clean modern rooms and Hotel. Smooth check-in and checkout and top roof restaurant and breakfast are amazing. Also receptionist were very kind and helpful. Highly recommend "
"The room was perfect for the location. We needed a set of rooms for one night. They were convenient, well priced, and brand new so in perfect condition. Check in and check out are electronic but there is staff on the first floor to answer questions and provide assistance. If you drive, Parking is the only challenge. "
"Loved the chalet, a small delay meant I had to call the helpline to check in but that was resolved in a really efficient manner
Absolutely nothing to complain about"
"Checking in was seamlessly done by myself without any contact with the hotel staff, however, I later needed help with purchasing from the vending machine but no staff was around to assist. Overall, it was a great experience and I liked this place."
