"The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful. The location in the city centre was very convenient, but there was a fair bit of noise overnight (traffic as well as people moving their suitcases in the early hours), so keep that in mind if you're a light sleeper. My main complaint was that the temperature setting of the fridge/freezer wasn't cold enough when we arrived, so the freezer thawed out overnight and we had to throw out some food. There was also no kitchen sink and very limited space/supplies for washing dishes."

"Excellent value for money. This motel is surprisingly modern and well-presented, especially considering the price — easily one of the best value stays I’ve come across while travelling long distances. I used it twice so far as a quick overnight stop during a long drive, only for a few hours of sleep, and it was perfect for that purpose — convenient, comfortable. However, not quite on the Bruce Highway - you need to drive extra km but it is well worth the effort. I checked in after hours, and while the process itself was straightforward once sorted, the only downside was that the main phone line wasn’t being answered on numerous occasions when I tried to call ahead regarding late check-in and key pickup. That part could definitely be improved. Overall, great value and a very solid option for a stopover when travelling."

"Rooms had been renovated but ugly worn lounges sat in there. Showers didn’t drain properly and water ran out into bathroom, obvious design fault. Didn’t use the restaurant but it looked good. Cafe down stairs looked good too but the app in the room that lets you order indicated they were open but their sometimes not so check. Other than that good value for money on a budget."
