While a little slow sometimes with requests, they always made up for it. Spa was cold as they turned heating off a week early. With amazing outdoor pools, spa should be warm always. "Avoid Hotel is not as described reception restaurant and bar all one area on the ground floor where cats were in and out of understaffed and reception staff incredibly rude. They accommodated one remove because of the bathroom smelled horrendous. The second was not much better. I’ll have one hour of being checked in. I left because of the cats and the hygiene issues they presented."
