Lucky Trout Lodge

10/10 Excellent

"This was our second stay at the Lucky Trout Resort. We just love the little cabins on the river. They are so cute, cozy, and very relaxing. The view of the river is great and it’s back in a woodsy area. It feels away from everything but it is still close to town, the lake, or anywhere else you want to go. The pool is clean and nice for swimming. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"The property was very clean, there was available dog waste bags outside for my service dog, the grounds and landscaping was fantastic as well. The staff were so helpful and polite even at our late arrival of near 1am. The breakfast was very good with protein and fruit options, including yogurt. The facilities and rooms were clean. Parking was adequate for our U-Haul and car trailer attached even! This last note is not a critique as it didn’t affect our stay but I want to note that there was a couple small fixes needed in our room and en-suite bathroom that were apparent as we arrived: the faucet leaked from the counter base so water drained onto and across the counter through the night. Lastly, the inner blind had a metal strip that was taped on and it was falling off when I tried to pull the blinds up. I felt bad because I didn’t want it to seem like I had broken it. :-/ Anyways, I know it’s just a temporary fix until a replacement can be made but wanted to make staff at the hotel aware! Otherwise everything was amazing. Thank you so much for a great sleep and stay!"

"This was a great hotel. Customer service was excellent, every staff member I interacted with was friendly and courteous, breakfast was good with several options, and 24 hour coffee bar was great for anyone who needs a cup at any hour! The fitness center was quite small, and the pool was a bit small, but this is definitely a place I will return to on any visit back to Conway."
