"The building is old, but is extremely well kept and clean. The view from our room was AMAZING! The staff was wonderful, and Margarit was extremely accommodating. It was a short walk to downtown as well as to the train station to move around the Junfrau region easily. Dining at the restaurant was a very pleasant surprise with very good food and wine after hiking all day. Note though that there is a short but significant uphill walk from the train station or down town to the hotel."

"ParkHotel Schoenegg is in just the right place. Near to the train station, next to Grindelwald First and right around many dinning choices. The staff are all great and very helpful. The room was comfortable, clean and very quiet. The breakfast is great and their dinner is also delicious."

Waking up to those stunning mountains felt like waking up in heaven—an experience that fills you with gratitude. We will always remember our stay here and cannot wait to return. "Arrived at the Hotel and the staff could not be more feiendly and helpful. Absolutely beautiful property with a swiss feel. Room was great , indoor pool with Sauna and showers . Restaurant was amazing and probably our best meal in Switzerland. Perfectly located right at the beginning of all the restaurants and shops in Grindenwald. Walk out the door and two minutes you are in the heart of everything. Walked to Grindenwald First as well. Would highly recommend and absolutely stay there again. "
