Hotels near Bedford Museum

"This is the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed in before. $3,600 for 2 rooms for 3 nights. Bedspreads had cigarette burn holes in them Floors and bathroom were NOT clean. Both rooms wreaked of cigarette smoke. You would never let your bare feet touch anything in that room. Just simply repulsed that we had to stay there as all decent hotels were sold out. "

"The staff were great and the views amazing, but the actual accommodations were not good. The walls are thin and we heard everything in the rooms beside and above us. The wifi does not work in the rooms which we were told has been a problem "for years" and there is no cellphone service."

"Room had no key. Management had to let us in, unsafe! Tv broken, tub had hole in it so was unusable, fridge was leaking and had a foul odor. When i called to ask for refund, i was told it's a busy weekend, too bad!?"

"Everyone working the front desk was consistently rude, the manager especially. She would not even have a full conversation with us. We booked the room for 4 people and only got 3 towels. When we asked for enough towels for everyone we were told, “maybe if we have any.” The room smelled like mold and were barely clean. The plugs in the bathroom didn’t work so we had to get ready in the lobby bathroom. Would not stay here again."

"Breakfast was nice, and the parking was easy and safe. Front desk staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs! Our entire stay was wonderful!"
