Excellent hotel and staff. Mia checked us in and was so kind and helpful! She answered all our questions and even assisted us with using the parking meter. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was delivered to our room and was delicious!

Staff support was severely lacking. I contacted the host to request extra blankets and pillows. They responded and said they would be in the suite. We got there and they were not in the suite. I messaged them and never heard back again about anything
