I reached out to the front desk, explained the situation, and they responded immediately without hesitation or making me uncomfortable. The alcohol was removed promptly, and the staff handled the matter with kindness, discretion, and professionalism. That level of understanding and customer care truly stood out to me and made me feel very supported during my stay. "

Red Lion PDX is the best hotel for price, for EZ 24hr shuttle service, for great staff, and a nice collection of convenient microwave frozen breakfast and dinner options, and, the coffee in the lobby is ready at 4 AM every morning. Perfect for early shuttle/flights."
