"Séjour très agréable au Holiday Inn Toulouse. Le personnel est très accueillant, toujours souriant et disponible. Le restaurant est excellent, avec un service particulièrement attentionné. Les serveurs prennent vraiment soin des clients et veillent à chaque détail. Une très belle expérience, je recommande sans hésiter !"

"Great location for a night wanting ti be. Lose the airport. The room was clean and quiet. Will choose again if needed. The access to the entrance was tricky, good thing i did not have a lot of luggage to carry. "

"Staff overall were lovely and extremely helpful. Wanted to ensure stay was comfortable even when having to report issues. The place does feel neglected in parts. Lots of cobwebs and tables on terrace not cleaned. That was a pity as it is a lovely area to sit and relax in the evening. Had issue with the room and the cleaning. Bath was dirty and as soon was water was turned on, the dirt was visibly washing down. Staff however handled it well to their credit but they should not have been in that position to start. Was moved to different room and the difference was vast…..clean, well maintained, no carpet stains etc."

"Studio en Appart-hôtel très bien pour 2 personnes espace suffisant, juste les matelas un peu durs mais ils sont de bon confort . Accueil et politesse du personnel dans son ensemble super . Un petit déjeûner avec une gamme variée . Métro aux pieds de la résidence station jolimont . Plusieurs parkings autour de l'hôtel pour se garer . Propreté des lieux. Bref que du positif"
