"My reservation was canceled because the hotel had room repairs to make. I was told when I got there that they booked me at two other hotels instead, but neither had my reservation. I ended up getting a new reservation on my own at a different hotel and now I’m fighting to get refunded for a stay I didn’t even have. This is the worst online booking company you can use. Stay away!!!! "
"Unfortunately the elevators were not working and my husband and I had to lug heavy suitcases up 20 steps to our second-floor room. In the past we have been able to stay on the first floor, but in spite of our advance reservation and request for a first-floor room, we were given the second floor. I am sure our next visit to this hotel in early November will be much better."
"Some construction adjacent to property. Staff was excellent with directions and dining suggestions. EV chargers were unable to connect to my vehicle…not sure hotel has anything to do with that issue."
"This particular home 2 charges $75 per pet, verses the other home2’s I’ve stayed at, only charges $50 per pet per stay. My shower gel bottle was empty so I’m glad I brought my own! Sucks being in a shower and finding that out! "
