"On a trip with my son to visit the beaches of Normandy for D-Day as well as Mount Saint Michael, St-Malo, was perhaps one of the closest villages. It also had the peace and quiet of the countryside yet just within a 45 minute drive of all of these beautiful historic sites along scenic country roads. "We had an amazing time at the Chateau! The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. The room was clean, well-furnished and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, and it was lovely to chat with the other guests at the hotel. But the real difference maker were the hosts, Pascale and Philippe, who were so friendly and welcoming. We would love to come back and visit again in the future! A small note to the hotel - the highest floor room does get hot in 28-30 degree Celsius + weather, even with the AC unit running. We only experienced this kind of weather on the first night of our stay, so it really wasn't an issue for us. But I could see others experiencing some discomfort in the summer. Merci pour tout, et à la prochaine!"
