"The room was excellent, the manager & staff were excellent and I was given incentives to eat and drink at the hotel for my stay with a free drink and 10% off food, which I did. The room and bathroom were beautiful and modern and the bed was very comfortable and nice pillows.....but......I would've given 5 out 5 for everything if the bin in the bathroom had been emptied and cleaned, it had used sanitary pads from I presume the previous guest. (Insert vomit emoji here)"
