"We had a lovely weekend stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable-perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cosy and the whole place had a fresh, welcoming feel. The only small thing we noticed was that there weren’t many mirrors, which would have been handy-but that didn’t take away from the overall great experience. Would definitely stay again! "

6/10 Okay

"Great central location, ideal for the concert. Comfy bed with TV and bath with shower head. Clean. Friendly staff available 24hrs. Toilet cistern filled up all night so kept getting woken up and had to ask for extra toilet rolls. Seemed to be on restriction. No shower gel or soap. Simple things that would have made a big difference to ratings. Could have done with a new shower curtain and shower head holder."

"Good location if you are going to an event bat Brands Hatch. But the fact that hotel residents have to pay a tenner a night extra to park in the Hotel car park is a rip off. For what is supposed to be a four star hotel I was disappointed it didn't have any lifts which made carrying luggage to the room a chore. One of the lights in the room didn't work and the bathroom floor was covered in lots of water which was not the expected standard."

"The spa is the only thing that saves this hotel as without it it would be a very poor hotel. Rooms are very dated, our bed was like a camp bed very uncomfortable. Breakfast in Sage took an hour to be served and it wasn’t even busy. Give staying guests at least the option to go get yoghurt and pastries etc. while they wait for the breakfast cooked meal, having to wait for everything to be served is really old hat these days. Most staff try their best, but you can see management decisions are having an impact on their day too as so many were complaining about wait times."

"Overall, it was OK. We went for a girls trip to go shopping and have a night away, swim and dinner. The hotel rooms were fine, nicely decorated and clean. There was plenty of parking but was chargeable 10.50 per night. Swimming pool was incredibly busy and we had to pre book a slot due to a lot of children being present. However the pool staff were very helpful and friendly. The main disappointment was dinner. Service was poor and the cesar salad was lack lustre. It would have been nice to have more sodt drink choices at the bar rather than having to go to the kiosk."
