"I’m writing review regarding my recent stay, which was significantly disrupted by repeated fire alarm incidents. The morning before our checkout day, we were woken at approximately 4:50 AM by a fire alarm and had to evacuate the building. We were not allowed back inside until around 5:15 AM, at which point we were told it was a false alarm caused by shower steam. A similar incident also occurred upon our arrival, where the alarm was triggered again and we were told it was due to the same issue. While I understand the importance of fire safety, repeated false alarms—especially during overnight hours—indicate a maintenance issue and had a major impact on our stay. Being evacuated twice, including once in the early morning hours, disrupted our sleep and overall experience."

"Staff was lovely, but the building was a wreck. Pool - Closed, yet still advertised on Expedia. Room - Waited 90 minutes for hot water on Sunday morning, finally took a 60 second cold shower because I ran out of time. Next day, lukewarm 120second shower before turning cold again. Sink leaked water on your feet when using faucet, bed was awful and sheets kept coming off. Super thin walls, since the thermostat was broken, I tried to turn the fan on but it wouldn't allow it. Tried to sleep with a white noise app on my phone but still head everything in the room next door (aka hip hop at 7am blaring) and in the hallway. Breakfast - Mostly as expected, bagels, waffles, no scrambled eggs, potatoes or sausage like most continentals. Location - Handy for our needs, easy on and off freeway. Walked to Chicago Pizza, fairly vacant but safe area."

"Location was close to Redrocks, which was a plus. Breakfast was warm and good. I appreciated that they changed up a couple of breakfast items. Only problem I had was the window shade would not pull up, therefore we could not enjoy the beautiful view from our room to the fullest. "

"Loved the privacy and themed out cottages. Breakfast was excellent! Surrounding area had stunning views and great hiking! We went to a show at Red Rock Amphitheater and the shuttle service to & from the venue was easy to arrange and well worth the added expense. If we ever go back to a show we will definitely book there again."
