"Love this hotel. Stayed here several times before. Love the location. Beautiful ocean views. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast was awesome. The employee working there does an amazing job keeping everything clean and filled up. Front desk was great. Housekeeping was also great. Didn’t give the 5 stars line I did on my previous stays was do to bar was closed. I wish I would’ve known that. Had friends from Ohio come down and was disappointed that we couldn’t go have a drink there in the afternoon and evening. That should be posted on the website. Then the pool. It definitely needs attention. Every time I asked about it I got a different answer. It was full of sand on the bottom. Now I understand it’s the beach and Daytona had a storm the weekend prior. However, the pool should have been cleaned afterwards. We were there Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. Left Friday morning and that pool was never touched. It was over 90 degrees and not many people would go in it so you know something was wrong. My prior stays the pool was packed all the time. Some people prefer the pool over the ocean. Like I said I really love this place but before I would stay again I’d make sure bar was open and the pool was clean. "

"This is a beautiful resort. We had a few issues with internet not working, tv not working and ice maker not working but the maintenance staff took care of it right away. Would stay here again if I ever go back to Daytona"

"All rooms face beach. Room clean. Only complaint was that we chose to pay extra for breakfast when booking and then get to hotel and find it gives us 1 option!!! 2 eggs and bacon and muffin! We couldn’t order anything else!!! "

"This review will probably surprise some people because the other reviews were actually very good, which is exactly why we booked it. Still, when you first pull up to the property, you honestly wonder if you made a huge mistake. The outside is definitely not impressive and, at first glance, a little intimidating. That said, once we got inside, our opinion completely changed. The rooms were great. Our Queen Deluxe room had recently been remodeled and included a full kitchen, not just a kitchenette. The beds were comfortable, the shower was fabulous, and there were plenty of extra towels, blankets, and pillows already stocked in the room. Check-in was more similar to a VRBO or Airbnb setup than a traditional hotel, which actually worked out just fine. One thing we appreciated was that if you smoke, there were two chairs and an ashtray set up outside along the walkway. It was clear they preferred people use those instead of tossing cigarette butts around the property, which we respected. We are an older couple, and our neighbors were as well, so we ended up sitting outside in the evenings having drinks and talking together, which made for a really relaxing atmosphere. The “beach view” from the reviews was not exactly what we pictured, but the beach was directly across the street with an open lot between, so you could still see the sunrise over the ocean perfectly.
