"As a solo traveller , very comfortable I felt like Home stuff was great and any of my request was met. They come and clean on request , because is like a Litle apart they don’t want to bother you much ,Even is just on request the lady came and I just picked up some extra coffee no clean was needed, all staff from reception to bar to room cleaning all beautiful people I can’t recommend enough this place . Thank you to you all very much , you made my stay in Montenegro very comfortable👌👌👌👌"

"Our stay at Hotel Palazzo was great! It was a quiet hotel and further away from Kotor Old Town, which we liked. The hotel staff was very helpful, attentive and nice. Their service made our stay much more pleasant. They let us enjoy the pool while we waited to check in. Their pool was lovely and relaxing, a definite plus under the summer heat. The hotel restaurant food was also delicious! They also helped us find our way to/from Kotor Old Town (which Old Town ended up being the least enjoyable part of our time there). Their parking is a bit difficult, because you have to drive up a steep hill, but I think this is how things are in the area. Lastly their rooms are clean and comfortable, but decoration and furniture could use a small upgrade. Their bathrooms are upgraded and really nice! All in all, the hotel is great and a nice quiet get away."

"I'd like to start out by saying the staff was incredible. Valentina and Marija were the best, and we miss them already. The hotel is almost brand new and pretty luxurious. We had a room with a view that we will not soon forget...overlooking the gorgeous mountains. The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts I have ever seen. In general, the chef was 10/10, great food!!! The internet was fast. The room was perfect. It was huge and clean. However, the TV didn't work for half our trip, which really only sucked at night; the hotel worked diligently to fix it! The pool was cold, refreshing, and clean. The service was perfect. The location is...tricky. It's not close to Old Town, so if walkability matters to you, this really isn't your hotel. It's not really walkable to much aside from the little marina area at the bottom of the hill/mountain (10 min walk). The beach is in the area, it's not as close as they make it appear in pics. Also, bring water shoes (rocky beaches) and a lot of Euros because that's all the taxis accept!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The location was excellent—close to everything we wanted to see while still being peaceful and relaxing. The property managers were incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating. We arrived very early in the morning, and since our villa was already ready, they graciously allowed us to check in early at no extra charge. That thoughtful gesture made a huge difference after a long trip. We were very happy with our choice and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"
Palazzo del Mare - Essenza

"A very mixed experience at Palazzo del Mare....a tad Fawty Towers! The hotel website describes a restaurant on site. This was not the case and the kitchen was still being built when we were there. The manager pointed out to us that other restaurants were only a short walk away - which wasn't really the point. The hotel looks great at the outset but has the feeling that it was thrown up while skipping many corners. Temperatures at night were in the low 30s and the air conditioning in our room shut down at 3am three nights in a row and didn't return. Despite advertising that their reception is 24 hours, there was never anyone available in the middle of the night. After the first sleepless night, we let the lovely staff at reception know and they told us the engineer was coming to look at it. After the second sleepless night, we were a little more peeved and were told we could speak to the manager 'down at the bar'. He offered us a free drink which we declined and promised it wouldn't happen again. Sure enough it did happen again and was only fixed at 4am. On communicating that this wasn't good enough, we were comp'd our spa massages and assured a refund of one night stay. He took our bank details but 5 weeks later, no such refund and he has ignored our messages. Overall: beautiful views, lovely reception staff, poor breakfast, corners cut (e.g. bathrooms have no shelves and lighting is non existent, shower floods room after use) and extremely unprofessional manager."

"Hôtel luxueux, personnel affable et prévenant. La vieille ville de Kotor est à 1 heure de marche donc un peu excentré mais en bord de mer. Excellente expérience qui vient toutefois avec un coût. Je le recommande chaudement."
