"We had an amazing stay at Caves Resort and would absolutely give it 5 stars. One thing that really stood out was how accommodating the staff were—my mum has an injured leg and was finding it difficult to manage the third floor, and without any hassle they happily moved us to a first-floor room, which made a huge difference to our stay. The food was another highlight. There was a great selection every day, and the variety constantly changed, so we were genuinely spoilt for choice throughout our visit. No two days felt the same when it came to dining. The resort itself is massive, with plenty of areas to relax and sunbathe, so it never felt crowded and you could always find a perfect spot to unwind. On top of that, the staff were very polite and welcoming across the board, which really added to the overall experience. A fantastic stay from start to finish. I will be back"

"This is a very nice resort right on a beautiful beach in Hurghada. The food was good, nothing expectacular, but good. The alcohol is quite basic, limited to one brand of red wine, one for white wine and one for beer. I don't drink cocktails, but people seem to like them."

"Le 1er soir, j'ai du changer de chambre à 1h du matin à cause d'autres personnes qui étaient saoules et qui criaient. Au bout de 4 jours, j'ai dû demander à ce qu'ils changent les draps, alors qu'ils disent que c'est fait au quotidien. Enfin, la nourriture était affreuse. Comme il y a à 90% des russes, polonais etc., c'est principalement leur nourriture qui est proposé. Et pour le thé de l'après-midi, il y a du boeuf, pizzas, mais aucun fruits ni biscuits secs"

"Lovely room, staff are very attentive, aqua park was great fun. Only thing we'd like improving is the entertainment team. This hotel is recommended for families and couples. However entertainment was purely for children. Also any events happening outside the hotel weren't clearly announced.. "

"The hotel offers plenty of facilities, so even when a large number of rooms are occupied, it never feels crowded. They made sure to provide something for everyone’s taste. Although it’s an all-inclusive concept, they’ve ensured there are several bars, quick service, and no waiting in lines. The food is good for this type of hotel, and the variety is also excellent. A big compliment goes to the staff — they are efficient and not intrusive. Also, praise to the vendors offering additional services such as spa programs, excursions, etc., who are polite, respectful, straightforward, and kind. This is my fifth visit to Egypt, and I’m pleasantly surprised by the changes in the hosts’ attitude. I had a small issue with the air conditioning, which was resolved immediately. The rooms are large and spacious, with balconies. Towels are changed daily, and water, coffee, and tea are replenished. Swimming at the beach is from a pier that has sunbeds and umbrellas. There are several pools — all clean, with comfortable sunbeds and friendly staff. I recommend this hotel to families (it has an Aqua Park, amusement park, etc.), yet it remains peaceful without noise and shouting. I’d also recommend it to those seeking a relaxing vacation, as the resort is large and offers something for every preference. Thank you, El Karma, for the vacation I truly need it! "
