"This was a family holiday- Mum, Dad and two teenage daughters- 16 and 19. We were there for 12 nights. The hotel is in an excellent position, by the lakeside. You can walk across and swim from the hotel in under 5 minutes, which is ideal. Breakfast was a good selection buffet and the pool bar did a good range of sandwiches/salads for lunch. Happy hour was 2 for 1 on "spritz's" We didn't do the lunch or dinner but both looked a bit heavier and fussier than we wanted. The staff everywhere were really helpful, especially at reception in terms of helping with transport or booking excursions. There is a shuttle bus to Bardolino that runs 4 or 5 times a day and the last trip back out is 8.30pm. The walk to Bardolino is about 20 minutes, depending on how fast you want to walk in the heat. If you go the other way, then Cisano is only 5 to 10 minutes walk and there are 3 or 4 good restaurants there. There a 4 pools altogether- the 2 main ones are large and the lifeguards do make sure there are no ball games or inflatables- seems a bit harsh but those things are allowed in the other 2 pools and does leave the main pools feeling a bit more grown up. There are a lot of sun loungers but people do tend to "book them" with their towel early on so beware! There is an indoor pool for thundery days too. Overall, this was an excellent hotel, comfortable, clean and friendly and we really enjoyed our stay."

"What a fantastic stay we had here! The staff were extremely helpful, and the large family suite room was perfect for our young family - lots of space for storing everything that comes with us on our travels and the cleaning staff did an amazing job every day. Brilliant central location in Lazise - there are street performances most nights just outside, but the windows deadened the noise and allowed our two young children to sleep through, and they did tend to stop before 10 pm. The ferry stop is right on your doorstep, which makes this a fantastic hotel for hopping around the various towns of Lake Garda. We had breakfast included with our room, which set us up for the day and honestly saved us a good chunk of money and time. Again, the staff at the restaurant were very helpful, having our table set up with a baby chair each morning, and remembering our hot drink orders. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was nice and hot. I really can't recommend this hotel enough. For the money, I think you'd struggle to find a better place to stay for your trip to Lake Garda."

"We had a great last minute stay for 5 nights, the reception staff and cleaners were great and very helpful. Weren’t very pleased about being charged for sunbeds while we stayed, even if you would be using for an hour, life guards who asked for the money were miserable. Also the orangery restaurant staff were rude and ignorant. So would have been a 5 but this made it a 4"

"Property was fab! We had the best apartment No 16, it was on two floors. Was a bit dated not quite like the photos on Expedia but very clean. We had a skylight in the bedroom which made it a bit bright when the sun came up. I mentioned it to reception and they immediately offered to move us or try to cover it up. Vanessa was the best, she got maintenance to come straight out to solve the issue by putting some board up. Customer Service was AMAZING!! She couldn’t do enough for us. On my birthday she bought over a lovely bottle of wine in a bag with a flower. She really made our holiday special!! The highlight was the pool though… beautiful, clean, lots of new sunbeds and umbrellas!! It’s a small place so not too many people, it’s only a short walk in to the centre of Lazise. It’s got plenty of parking and is well maintained with cleaners and handymen and gardeners on site daily. The Lidi nearby is very handy and well stocked!! We had a fabulous time staying there with our twenty year old son. We were very sad to leave and would definately return!!! So pleased I booked a place with a pool and near Lazise! Great for families and couples. A real pretty location. Quaint, local restaurant just around the corner and up the hill, was the best, great prices, great food and great views of Lake Garda, we only discovered it on the last night, wish we had eaten there every night!!! "Two adults and two teenagers. Thought the hotel was amazing - couldn’t fault it. A beautiful short stroll along the lake to Lazise - amazing sunset view. A lovely pool with various bubble jets and never too busy. Rooms were well laid out with all possible amenities. Balcony with lakeside view. Hotel accommodated our request for adjacent rooms - one double and one twin. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would wholeheartedly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to come again if we were to return to Lake Garda."

"This place is perfect for a family holiday with young kids, I am so sad to be leaving! It is so clean, lovely staff, mini disco each night which the kids loved, two playgrounds which we went to daily, washing machine to wash kids clothes was so helpful. The swimming pools are amazing- my 5 year olds confidence in the water increased every day and by the end he was going down the water slides! The resort is perfectly located next to the lake and an easy bus route to Gardaland, and ferry to Lasize. Will be back next year, there is still so much to do!"
