"Good central location, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable bed, great bathroom. Big kitchen. Large apartments. Check in at the cafe on Victoria St. We were happy to find pet friendly accommodation but did not realise there was an additional pet fee of $150, missed that information under the amenities link. Eek! Otherwise good option with the park across the road."

"Good location in Ponsonby and good room. Tricky to check in with a car as nowhere to pull in. I was on ground floor and had an issue with someone knocking on my door at 11pm and banging loudly and yelling aggressively and I had to phone reception twice to get someone to help them. Apparently they were staying there. I don’t know but I thought it was quite “open” to be on the courtyard with people being able to just walk off the busy road to your door and not be able to get into reception if they needed help."

"The staff! All of them! At the front desk, the restaurant and The Churchill! Absolutely incredible team. Felt so welcomed by all. The bed is lush, the pillows amazing! Room a bit smaller than anticipated but for the price was great value. Only downside is the soundproofing and heavy doors slamming when people came in and out of rooms."
