"Parking was terrible and expensive. Room smelled musty so went and bought air fresheners. One of the front desk staff was argumentative (Maria)!"

"Staff had an attitude for no reason, especially Frank and a lady. the room was missing towels and blankets when we went in, luckily we brought our own blankets. cleaners never came into the room to clean, left at night because of how terrible the experience was."

Comfort Inn Sea World Area

"This is a nice hidden gem, stayed here before heading out on a Cruise and it was very comfortable. Parking spaces felt a little tight, as most places do in the area, but there was good amount of parking available. The lot was monitored via cameras to ensure safety and the local area felt secure. The beds were very comfortable allowing a pleasant and full night of rest. The rooms were larger than I was expecting which was great to allow us to have a few of us in the room to talk and not feel cramped; though, if you have a lot of luggage for several days with multiple people it may feel a little smaller. That being said, there is a good amount of space for storage so the space can be optimized. Lighting was plentiful and the room felt nice and bright. The staff was very friendly on check-in and check-out and ensured to point out the hours for breakfast and explain the property. Felt like a good warm welcome. The breakfast provided had a surprisingly large selection and seemed to have a little of everything. As a bonus - for those that like Raising Caines, it's right across the street so a super easy walk for some delicious chicken tenders."

"The Catamaran Resort is an absolute gem and a perfect Polynesian inspired retreat that transports you the moment you arrive. The tropical plants and lush landscaping throughout the property are absolutely stunning, creating a serene, exotic atmosphere that feels worlds away from everyday life. The staff truly makes this place special. Front desk associate Marianna was amazing, warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. In fact, the entire team was outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure every guest felt taken care of. Their hospitality is second to none. If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing escape with incredible surroundings and top notch service, the Catamaran Resort delivers on every level. Can’t wait for the tower renovation. The updated lower units were excellent. Highly recommend!"
