"Found a roach in our room by the middle table. Called the front desk and sent someone to spray the walls and said call me if you see it again since the roach came out when we turned on the lights and went and hid behind the middle table. We were unable to sleep comfortably thinking the roach was going to crawl up the or even worse in our luggage. Slept with the lights on. I wish they could have at least moved us to another room. There were spider webs in the corner of the walls by the ac, will not be staying here anymore"

Bay Club Hotel & Marina

"Great location and views of the bay and marina from Shelter Island. Room was clean and in nice shape. Gym was dirty {never vacuumed) and not kept stocked with workout towels (3 of 4 days missing) and no water cups for the water dispenser. I guess we were supposed to bring some from our room. We least early and check out was easy. The staff indicated if it would be okay to email me the receipt. I agreed so I could get going. I never received a receipt, just a miscellaneous charge for $96 on my credit card. Explanation and receipt PLEASE!"

"Our room was clean and the location was fairly good. However, the property was not well maintained. The ice machine on our floor was broken our entire 4-day stay. Bathtub leaked and when I say leaked I mean I could have filled a bucket of water with it within a few minutes. Blinds wouldn't close properly so the annoying light shined in. When we asked for a maintenance person, they said he was not on site. Eventually they moved us to a different room which was better."
