"The staff are front desk displayed the act of racism. We are a family from Singapore, slightly tanned skin and they were not warm and friendly at all. Rather curt I must add. However, when it came to Caucasian guests, you can fee the difference. There was a display of friendliness. The only front desk person that was friendly was an Asian girl when we checked out.
