I just hope the management team provide enough trainings to all employees like Joe to ensure they all are successful. Our AC was extremely loud due to our bed located next to the vent so had to turn the AC off while in bed. When the upstairs room turned on their AC or bathroom fan, not sure what, but our room vibrated like a truck was parked inside our room. "
