This was a HORRIBLE experience. No room heating at all despite the snow outside. For hot water; you have to inform by 2-hours prior to your need to have a shower, otherwise it is with freezing water. The hotel has one of the most beautiful views on the mountain. Yet, the staff, facilities, and comfort are not that great.
